Made from lumbar muscle mass of pigs raised in the wild, cooked slowly with oak charcoal to give it a special bouquet, it presents an aspect with infiltrated fat betas with soft golden tones and a red color. Its flavor is the union of the presence of paprika with a soft touch of garlic combined with spicy nuances and oak smoke. Leave a long and pleasant taste. Ingredients: pork loin, salt, paprika, dextrin, dextrose, sugar, garlic, oregano, preservatives E-252 and E-250. It does not contain gluten.
