Acorn feed, 100% Iberian pig dry ham or shoulder, is the highest range of Iberian hams. Identified with a black label, these pieces correspond to pure Iberian pigs fed on pastures based on acorns and pastures. According to the regulations, these pieces are the only ones allowed to be called black label pieces.

Hams: The curing time for Iberian hams oscillate between 15 and 36 months, they enjoy a greater softness and complexity in their flavor and their weights with bone range between 5,75Kg to 8,5 Kg.

Shoulders: Due to its smaller size with respect to hams, its curing time oscillates from 12 to 24 months, enjoy a greater intensity and power in its flavor and its weights with bone range between 3,5Kg to 5,5 Kg.
