100% Iberian acorn-fed dry ham is the highest range of Jamón Ibérico hams, they are identified with a black label and are from pure Ibérico pigs fed in the dehesas based on acorns and pastures. According to the new regulations mentioned above, these pieces are the only ones that can be called black label pieces. Whole ham, on the bone weights between 5,75Kg to 8.5 kg for hams. Ham has a curing 20 months to 48 months. Designation of origin: Pedroches, Jabugo, Guijuelo or Extremadura.
