According to the new regulations mentioned above, these pieces are the only ones that can be called black label pieces. Whole ham, on the bone weights between 5,75Kg to 8.5 kg for hams. Ham has a curing 20 months to 48 months. Designation of origin: Pedroches, Jabugo, Guijuelo or Extremadura.
