Shipments and returns
Shipment of your order
Orders are shipped via GLS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature on receipt, please contact us before placing your order, as additional costs may apply. Regardless of the shipping method, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
Delivery times vary by country:

European Union (EU): approximately 5 working days

Switzerland: approximately 10 working days. Due to customs regulations, orders containing different types of products may be shipped in multiple packages.
When free shipping is offered, your order already includes handling and packing fees as well as customs. With products with a shipping cost, handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment.
Special care is taken to protect fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized, and your products are well-protected.
Shipment of your order
Although for most products the customer may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, due to the nature of the product (perishable food such as ham), returns will not be accepted if the vacuum packaging has been opened or if the product is damaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods are correctly received in Spain, the company will refund the total purchase amount using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
